With its revolutionary video performance, it is the first LUMIX camera to realize 8K video, expanding the possibilities. The popular Open Gate function has been improved for recording in 6.4K and even up to 8.1K with a future firmware update. In addition, it supports internal recording of 5.8K Apple ProRes RAW HQ / ProRes RAW to enable high-quality video with minimal setup.

The real-time detection phase hybrid AF, now with AI tracking, quickly and accurately detects human eyes and faces and smoothly follows the movements of a subject. With high-speed continuous shooting of up to 40 fps and AF tracking, dynamic subjects can be captured precisely.

The widely acclaimed image stabilization achieves an internal compensation of 8.0 f-stops and a correction of 7.0 f-stops at the telephoto end with Dual I.S. Video image stabilization features new Cropless E.I.S. correction that reduces distortion in wide-angle shots.

The Panasonic LUMIX S 24-105mm F4 MACRO Lens with O. I. S. is a versatile standard zoom lens covering wide-angle to medium-telephoto with high-descriptive performance across the entire zoom range. The LUMIX S Macro Lens enables 0.5x macro shooting with a minimum focus distance of 0.3m so you can photograph small subjects at very close distances.
